Did you know that there are over 40 different species of Kangaroo? The smallest being the Wallaby, and the largest is the Red Kangaroo.


The Red Kangaroo generally stands taller than a grown human male, and weighs around 85 kilos, making them the largest marsupial in the world!


Roger is the largest Red Kangaroo on record, and he currently resides at the Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs. As you can see, he is just as tall as his keeper, Brolga!
